I highly recommend signing up for their email rewards before your visit. The best ones are the ones that are to be used in person vs the delivery and call in order coupons. Great value (with coupons) and excellent customer service.

The lady with the fluorescent blue contacts is effing rude for absolutely no reason! She had a huge nasty attitude when taking my order, then she yelled at me for getting a straw! She demanded I give her the straw back since she said she already put one in the bag! Something is wrong with her like seriously! Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced!!!

Ordered through grub hub and I’ll never order anything from a location again. They took forever, burned my food (bombers were inedible), didn’t have any iced tea in the middle of the day, and I could hear them being extremely rude to the delivery driver when he was calling to replace the tea. For everything that was ordered, all that was edible was a mediocre chicken sandwich. Zero stars if possible.

The Church’s Chicken on Candelaria & San Mateo serves old, dry food! See the photo of the dry jalapeño cheese bombers.I called to let them know & the unprofessional rude lady who answered didn’t even apologize, she said, “call tomorrow & tell Sandra the manager”. Talking about passing the buck…will never go back there again!

Everyone is required to wear a mask. And is required by to wear gloves while working. This includes cashiers. In addition to your standard restaurant hygiene standards. As of a month ago they did not have temperature checks.
Horrible service. Had to go back for biscuits. That they forgot. Got home and these are the tiniest biscuits ever. Should have gone to golden pride.
I live a few blocks from this particular Church's Chicken and the quality of the food has gone down within the past 5 years. I never go there any to many disappointments! I go across town to Juan Tabo or either on Zuni to get Church's Chicken if I want some, that's how bad they have become on San Mateo and Candelaria. Check your boxes if you're going thru the drive thru cuz 9 times out of 10 something will be wrong!
