we waited 10 mins in the drive thru to order. When we got to the window the lady was rude and yelling at someone in the dining room/kitchen. They also didn’t get my order right

Service wasn't very welcoming. Felt like I was being rushed to place my order. Food was garbage!! I loved Churches because the chicken was hot and greasy but when we received our food it was cold and was like it wasn't fried in grease because it wasn't greasy like it normally is. I love chicken from Churches but was very disappointed with the service and quality of the food!! Won't be going back 2 that location.

The food that I ordered was so old it was stuck to the Bone and extremely dry the biscuit was the size of a half dollar and hard as a rock the jalapeno bombers look like they had been sitting there for over an hour whole meal was just terrible old I didn't even eat it but I went to another Church's Chicken on 98th and they were amazing gave me fresh food and customer service was 100% amazing the one on Central the customer service was so poor the girl at the drive-thru was so unhappy and rude I spoke to the manager Victor he said there was nothing he could do and they have no district manager or nobody else that I can contact because they are franchise. The manager on 98th Street who is extremely kind her name was Romina and she was exceptional with her customer service thank you ramena for making my lunch a good one and the food was excellent I will never go to the one on Central again if you look at the pictures I would have been better throwing my money away in the trash
