I have spent 600 at this location year to date on washes and details. I used to like this place when it was Great american car wash. They will never get my money again. Absolute disgusting service, and they do not know how to clean a damn car. Use your money else where.

This is the WORST car wash that I've ever been to. The amount of time it took to do hardly nothing more than run my car thru the wash was ridiculous. Then the service person could not have have done a worse job...dust everywhere, hardly wiped down anything in the interior...honestly, the guy acted like he had mental issues. This place is completely low-end and a total waste of money. I had to ask for a rag to go over the complete inside of my car...and they could have cared less as they stood there and watched. Also, they water down their tire black to a point that it is a waste to order it. Never again! I wish you could post 0 stars for this review. I don't think the management or owner of this business really cares, I know the employees could care less. Based on their lack of response to reviews, and if they do answer it's defensive and rude, I only hope this place goes out of business so they will stop ripping people off.

I decided to check out and support this local business after the rain tunnel was sold. I left disappointed. Very slow service. I don’t blame the employees as they are clearly overwhelmed. One lady was doing cashier work and vacuuming. I arrived before several other cars, but was the last one seen. It took over an hour to get a car wash. I tipped well because I heard that they are underpaid. Edit: Not sure how to rely. Rely to owner: I visited about a week ago. Just got around to the review. Also, it’s not hard to know how much you pay employees. Seeing the posts for jobs at your business that start at 11:50 an hour is enough to know. Also if you have employees doing two jobs, they should be compensated as much. Still doesn’t excuse the slow service. Also the other reviews show that it wasn’t just me that have experienced this issue.

We took our truck for a car wash at this car wash and I’m sorry to say but they were slow and not good at all. Our truck on inside look like they vacuumed a little n rest did not look like they did anything. Windows also were not cleaned right nor were some parts of outside of truck. We paid for the wash that cost $14.99 n we were charged $2 extra for a truck. I almost asked for a refund. But decided not to. But I will never go back again! I think I will just go to Mr Car wash n pay a little more because it’s well worth it I think.
