DO NOT GO HERE. The staff will mess up your car and take an absurd amount of time to even consider fixing it. They do not own up to this. It’s ridiculous to have to wait 4 months to even hear back from the company in response to the damage they caused to the vehicle. Overall do not recommend.

I highly recommend this business. Quality service always every time I visit and use their facility. Byron, David & the gang are all awesome professionals and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The fact that their organization gives back to the community by supporting nonprofit teams, organizations, and charities through fundraisers is unbelievable. Go visit Champion Express today you are missing out. Thank you guys all of you I appreciate. I recommend getting into the loyalty program.

I’ll just say, I will NOT be back. My truck was very dusty and had a few bug splatters, when I left…I had streaks of mud that had run down the side and back of my truck and they must have thought those bugs were decoration because they were still there! I paid for their tire service, my rims are still filthy and there are sections of shine on the tires. It looks as if they quickly sprayed them but didn’t wipe them off. There were two people who “towel dried” my truck. I rolled my window down a bit to give them a tip then noticed my window needed a quick wipe down. The guy scowled at me and gave it a halfhearted wipe. I did not realize how dirty my truck was after having it “washed”until I arrived at my next destination. NOT a good experience and unless they are the ONLY car wash in town, I will not be back😔

I received only an exterior car wash as interior is currently not being offered. If efficiency and low cost is what you’re after, then this is the place for you. No lines, inexpensive and very quick service! However, the quality was below average. I found myself rewashing certain sections of my car. Because this location recently opened and recognizing the challenges opening and maintaining an establishment, I give 3 stars. Two recommendations: 1. Do NOT rush the “drying” step. Personally, I would come back time after time if the quality of this step was improved 2. Assuming sufficient staff is available, I would recommend offering more services (i.e. interior wash). Nonetheless, thank you to the staff and ownership! I’m excited to see what this establishment can accomplish.
