Friendly staff. Just joined the way club. I do expect that if a staff member looks at my car they could make a recommendation for an additional service if the service I have as a meme er won’t clean my car thoroughly. Don’t want my car to be half clean, and that’s about the best I got.

WOW! The service and car wash were absolutely outstanding today! I don't think that my car has looked this good in a long time. The attendants took their time to make sure that the car sparkled! I had been on a road trip which translates to bugs galore. There is no evidence now, not one single bit of bug residue.

I usually go to coors and I40. Today was my first time at this location on 528 cotton wood I saw the manager vacuuming directing how to wash between fender wells and assisting workers wiping and detailer where to clean. First time my ride was all clean it was done very professionally I will start coming here and tell friends and family this place does a great job. Thank you. Awesome service

Pulled up today 2/3/20 and told the attendant I wanted the $15 wash. He upsold me to the $35 service and told me it was the way to go. They would vacuum thoroughly, clean the interior, wipe door jams and sills, amongst many other things. I was still hesitant but he was persuasive and I went for it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied. It's literally the $15 wash at double the price. I have always gone for the $15 wash and that's understandable that it won't be great but if you're going to have your reps up sell for double price there should be a noticeable difference. Just look at the photos of my truck. Its like they half as*ed it. I would hope that you reach out and try to make this right. I have been going to your car washes for over 3 years now and this is just unacceptable.
