Many people I know, as well as myself, purchase most electronics from this Best Buy location. The staff has always been considerate and accommodating, and I have never had any issues with purchased products. With the hot temperatures we have been experiencing recently, I am glad to say that their air conditioning works great if you are looking for someplace to go to escape the heat.

We actually had a very good experience here today. It helped that we knew what we wanted and it said on line that it was at the west side location. We did need help locating it because neither of the 2 products were where they were supposed to be, BUT; there were ppl there that found the items right away! Check out was a breeze and the cashier was able to explain the choices of manufacturers warranty vs the option of buying the upgraded store warranty (which we declined, but he respectfully waited for us to discuss).

I came to Best Buy to buy my wife an Apple Pencil. One of the reps went to the back and handed me one and told me to go the customer service desk to pay. I paid, went to the house, and when my wife opened the box, it was EMPTY. I also noticed that the package did not have a clear wrapping or seal. I drove all the way back to the store and tried to explain the situation to a manager. They stated that they looked at the cameras and that when the customer service rep sold it to me, it had a seal which is 100% false. When ever you buy from here please make sure you open the package to make sure you have what you paid for.

I love Best Buy. As a person who needs help with technology, they offer services to help. Businesses now face a shortage of people who want to work for a living, so it’s good to be patient and wait your turn for service. The employees are polite and helpful. Granted, it’s expensive but you pay for what you get.

It isnt about the geek squad, it is about the manufacturer. If they dont make them fixable, then there is nothing the geek squad can do. Why are you going off on them? Realize where the problem lies
It would be best to call and ask, most companies don't monitor their Google pages.
You're probably better off sending it to Nintendo so you can have a certified Nintendo repair tech look at it. They charge a flat rate last I used them.
