It isnt about the geek squad, it is about the manufacturer. If they dont make them fixable, then there is nothing the geek squad can do. Why are you going off on them? Realize where the problem lies
I know this is old but I will give you a simple answer. Its a AMOLED/OLED phone. These are a nightmare to fix and extremely fragile. One wrong move mand you've destroyed the screen. Almost all repair shops will deny fixing them due to this issue. Only company stores will fix them.
I had same problem with my galaxy 7 edge, lady said all she can do is enter it in and the computer says whether they can fix it or not, she also said in 3 years it's never told her they can fix it, geek squad is useless with phone warranty in my opinion
