My Denver Mattress Representative was Misty! Misty was so very helpful. She was very friendly, very patient, very knowledgeable, and very thorough explaining the differences among the many options of mattress and mattress accessories available for selection/purchase. The *entire* staff was caring and friendly. I had an excellent experience! One of the many things that stands out is how Misty wanted me to take my time, there was no high pressure sales pitch. She shared her experiences and knowledge of the products. I had time to myself to think about my options and try out my “favorites” multiple times. I also appreciated the precautions the store takes to ensure a safe environment when trying out the various mattress options. Just a great experience! Thank you Misty, thank you Denver Mattress!

First I have to brag on the customer service we received from the store manager Misty, she made our shopping experience the best it could’ve been!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us choose the mattress that fit us. We were so happy with the her service and mattress she recommended we came back to purchase a mattress set for our guest room.
