There's no security here for your property. The lot space are so tight people cannot avoid hitting your vehicle and they will not try to avoid damaging it either. The manager tend to be better about resolbing your issues. The woman in the office Briana refused to move me from one paid parking spot to another. She looked for any reason to say "no" until she spoke to a manager and the manager said that it was fine. Then she called me back and told me there were open spots like I had never told her there already were. They're incompetent. If you have issues go to the manager. I went to ask information on the people they had working on the property because they damaged my car. They became upset because I was upset I came out to more legal vandalismo of my vehicle. I never bother them for anything because any request is a "no" automatically. If your car is damaged there's no security. they said "we aren't responsible" before I even explained why I needed información. Complete unwillingness to help or acomódate. The ammenities we are changed for I have not had access to since I moved in. This is the 3rd incident of me waking up to 1 of my vehicle being damaged. Then if I don't go into the office smiling and having manner theydont listen they tell me to leave. The big woman at the dusk with the block head followed me out and wouldn't stop antagonizing me once I didleave she was cussing at me while I was taking information down from the idiot they hired who damaged my vehicle. These situation escápate due to their unprofessionalism. ive not had 1 issue resolved with their help. I have no security parking here and I have covered parking I pay extra for.

I have lived at these apartments over 3 years now. I have been without an air conditioner for almost 2 weeks now. They still can not give me an install date to replace my air conditioner. I have made 4 calls to the office on 4 different dates and they still can not give me a date. Middle of summer that apartment is HOT. Yet they can increase rent sky high and want their money on time but can't keep up with the maintenance. And the amenities at this place have been closed for 2 yrs till the pool opened just about a week ago which is end of June. Gym still not open. Which amenities is part of what we pay to live there. The parking lot is also a mess with people double parking. My car has been broken into twice and catalytic converter was stolen off my car as well in that parking lot. They have no security and have never seen security the 3 yrs I've been there. I'm not one to complain and haven't since I've lived here but my last straw is no air conditioner going on 2 weeks now.

been living here for about five months maintenance came in to do some fire extinguisher checks the next day I noticed my laptop my laptop charger $200 in personal items missing with no evidence of forced entry my door was re-locked which may lead me to believe that someone had a key to get in when I brought this up to the property management they did not take me seriously and told me that it was my own personal property and they couldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

For the past year, from our three years living here, not one, not two, but three maintenance men advices to the office to replace our sinks from the Kitchen, Main Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. But this was never replaced. This was a mentioned by a previous maintenance man Fernando, and a current maintenance man (I don't know his name, but lives on property) said that they all have to be replaced. All the sinks are rusted, by Fernando's perspective. But never had service from this place. Also, the filter through the ac/ heater were never replaced yearly.

If you go to the website and submit an application, you will find any units that may be available for immediate occupancy based on your criteria. i.e. 1, 2, or 3 bedroom etc. You can also call and pose that question to the leasing agents.
