This was my first time using a storage facility, so I didn’t know what to expect. However, from the first phone call to walking through the door, Leslie greeted me with a smile, and clearly walked me through the process, and made me feel at ease. The customer service experience was wonderful. Leslie was kind, and very professional. She listened to me, and took my situation to heart, making sure I was completely taken care of. When I needed to transfer to a smaller unit, she made the transfer a piece of cake! I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage. The safety, security and cleanliness of the facility was always kept in excellent condition! I never felt uneasy leaving my belongings, or visiting the facility in the later evenings. Extra Space Storage is a great place for any of your storage needs, so please give them a shot! As for an extra bonus, the pricing was great too!

Leslie has been awesome to work with. She is friendly and will do what she can in order to provide a great customer experience. The building is nice and kept in spectacular order. The storage units are nice and it’s awesome they’re in a temperature controlled environment. If you need storage space, definitely give these guys your business and make sure you work with Leslie.

I am so grateful to Noah and Leslie for their amazing service at the Unser Boulevard Extra Space Storage in Albuquerque New Mexico! They got me everything I needed to move furniture and boxes into my storage space. Leslie was very helpful because she connected me to some local movers who could lift some of my heavy items.
