Came in with issues on my phone and was really stressed out. I really have had a lot of bad experiences with a lot of sales reps from other stores, but thankfully Justin helped me with a couple of issues that I had. I honestly can't thank him enough for his patience, I really don't know a lot about electronics, so having someone who is so patient to explain things clearly to me, while putting me at ease, was an awesome and refreshing experience. Wow, Justin. I have never had customer service as great as what he provided. I came in late one afternoon and the store was busy but Justin immediately greeted me and politely asked me to return an hour later. When I returned, I was taken care right away. He knew the business at the tip of his fingers. I came in to purchase and iPhone and add a line to my plan. He is honest and tells you what to expect at every stage and helps you find the best price on everything. Truly the best service I’ve ever had at a mobile store.
