I’ve seen many negative reviews regarding this place and company. My experience was completely the opposite, they had no vehicles for me so they had one brought in and kept my original rate so I didn’t have to pay more. Car was clean, reliable and everything I could have asked for. Next time I am in the area I will definitely be renting from this location again. Completely satisfied. I forgot the woman’s name but she is always there and will take care of you! 10/10

Most renters just need to bring a valid Driver’s License and major credit card. If you’re paying with a debit card, two forms of government-issued ID must be presented along with two recent utility bills (if an in-state renter), or a round trip itinerary (if an out-of state renter). All drivers with a non-US driver's license must produce a valid passport at the time of rental. Driver's license printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an international driver's license. For driver's licenses from countries not part of the international driver's license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. There is a direct bus line that allows you to come from the airport. But it takes 40 min minimum. The easiest way is to take an uber. It will cost you $ 15
