The staff was very accommodating; however I was a little disappointed to discover my “best value” plan doesn’t include vacuuming; that’s nearly $11 more. To get the plan that includes vacuuming I have to upgrade to the plan that’s over $60 a month. Gonna have to do a coat analysis on this, or downgrade the plan, or cancel altogether. Anyway, last Mr. Car Wash I used was not “full service”; since this one was, I was disappointed to find the vehicle not totally clean and also some water drainage marks. A possible surface scratch on the hood, which I think could be remedied by a clean drying cloth. I saw several people in the side lot drying their cars off after the wash; if I have to do that, what’s the use in paying a monthly membership? Anyway, I will continue to review this franchise in my local (and maybe outside my local) area. I really expect more after I’ve paid a $30 membership, paid up to get it vacuumed, put $5 in the tip jar and tipped the attendant cleaning the inside an additional $10.

Worse car wash I’ve ever been to hands down. My car looked better before I even went. Soap spots all over my car.

First time EVER going to a car wash that has an option for an interior clean, and couldn't have had a better experience! Kudos to Makayla and Brandon for explaining the different options and answering my questions - this will definitely be my go-to place!

Would like to start off with a big thank you to Blanca M. You are fantastic and very very respectful. Next.... I was unaware that the 1 interior clean + ex number 2 and "1 new car smell" as whats shown on my receipt meant that I would get smudgy windows no new car smell and an improper vacuum. For paying $28 dollars. I was better off going to a "do it yourself" carwash. A very much sarcastic "thank you" to the detail crew members for not telling me you detached the rose i had on my dash. Do better please.
