Very disappointed. I’m a regular customer. The interior vacuum job was minimal. I purchased “the best” package. They didn’t even vacuum the trunk like I asked. The interior of my car was still dusty, with smears of an attempt at cleaning. They didn’t even armor-all the outside trim. When they indicated that my car was ready, (they literally spent 3 mins cleaning it), I asked if amor-all was no longer part of the best package. They hesitantly did armor-all the outside trim and missed several areas. When I got home, I noticed that the two tires on the driver side were armor-all’d but the two on the passenger side we’re not. Looks like I’ll be looking for another place to have my car washed. Disappointed.

If I could give this place a many negative star I would. I took my Toyota tundra in for a detailing that costed right around $200. I dropped it off and was told to pick it up in two hours. When i went to pick it up the manager told me there was a knocking noise coming from underneath it. I turned the truck on and noticed my 4x4 light was on but 4x4 wasn't fully engaged. I pulled forward a ft and heard the knock. I then jumped out and looked at where it was coming from. Somehow they busted my CV Axle right out of the differential. I proceeded to speak to the manager who completely denied that they had caused that. I couldn't even leave the parking lot having to call a Tow Truck in order to not cause anymore damage. He stated I probably brought it in like that which was a lie because one:I drove it in mid-day just fine : two it was not in 4wheel drive: 3:The lubricant in the boot was spilled all over in a freshly cleaned wheel well. They declined to help with anything toward the repair, tow, or even the detail job that was poorly completely and definitely wasn't worth $200. I would not recommend anybody take their vehicles as they are not professional what so ever laughing while it was being towed. the owner wouldn't even call me back regarding the issue at all either.

Hadn't been here in years but decided to give it a shot one day while driving by. We got our car washed and I have to say that they do a really great job. We had a lot of dog hair in the back and I don't know how but they managed to get almost all of it off. We really didn't expect that but it made us very happy. Also they made the outside shine. I think this place gets lost because of the other car wash chains but I would definately come here again and possibly purchase a monthly subscription from this wash and dropping my subscription from the other chain. You won't be disappointed getting your vehicle washed here. If you read my review please hit the like button. Thank you.
