Maddie, Alyssa, and Amy are all excellent at providing terrible customer service. I encourage any one else who has issues with them to file a report with the BBB. The way they treat people is absolutely horrific.

Very unresponsive if you need anything, no way to leave a message and never get a call back from maintenance. You're on your own, but they are quick with those fines let me tell you Edit: why is there no answering machine? No option to leave a message, during or after hours?

Great location with garages, but with rude staff with poor management. Even if you are nice, the leasing office staff has bad customer service for no reason (with the exception of Lisa)! It's not a question on if they will be rude — just know it will happen. I've learn to be a confrontational person, especially when dealing with people like Misty (community manager) and Amy (their new assistant) and match their energy. If you can do that, the apartments are a great way to save for a home, if that is your goal.

Do not sign a lease here! The AC does not work. I have been sweating all summer long. My apartment rarely goes below 75°, but most of the time, it stays at 78°-80° during the day, despite many calls to maintenance to fix this issue. Maintenance has been saying that the AC is “working properly” every time I’ve put in a work-order, though the temperature is set at 65°-70°. I even brought this issue to the attention of management and I unfortunately left having my problem unresolved and I felt as though I was completely unheard. My roommate and I are suffering from heat-induced headaches and my dog is acting lethargic in the high-temperatures we are forced to live in. I understand that it is extremely hot outside, but many other apartments are keeping up with this heat, or at least getting repaired correctly when not able to, where as I am living in 80° heat every day. I can’t even cook in my kitchen or else my apartment will get up to 85°. These apartments are currently completely unlivable, not to even mention a ton of other problems.
