I love this community. Thought I would wait a month or so before this review. So walkable. Lots to do. Many conveniences and nice and fun tenants. Excellent amenities. So easy to move in. Katie made it so easy to handle over the phone and email as I was relocating to this beautiful place. I couldn’t thank her enough. Like magic move in. Thank goodness.

The apartments are beautiful, gym, pools, amenities are great! Building hallways are nasty, people leave trash out on the halls all the time. Very unpleasant to see and smell trash constantly. There is a bad problem with roaches, ever since we moved in we have had roaches in our apartment complex. The apartment was pest controlled twice in our year of living here. Pest control made the roaches go away for maybe a month each time. During summer time people out in the pool get LOUD, and the noise doesn’t stop until 10pm 11pm some days. The music is so loud, one has to have the tv on blast to not hear it as much. We picked a unit right next to the pool, I can’t say it’s all the apartment complex’s fault. The roaches is what really grossed us out a ton, we had to clean plates before using them, check our food before eating it, really make sure anything left opened was sealed closed before putting up. We aren’t dirty people, we constantly clean in hope to make things better.

I am a prospect tenant. I have dealt with Kinley and Randi. Friendly and helpful, they were a pleasure to deal with. This apartment is definitely at the top of my list.

I had a great experience with Foster the leasing agent and he made my move so smooth, I for one did not even know how to get electricity or WiFi in my apartment , basically set up home as it was my first time living alone and he helped me throughout my process and I am again extending my lease for another 8 months and the process is as seamless as it was during my move in. Cannot thank Foster enough and excellent job buddy
