I’ve never had a bad experience here. Always very quick to get checked in and get things under way - very efficient. Staff is very kind and caring.

I entered the facility a few minutes late - no problem. The front desk had all of my paperwork ready for me to review, and processed me in quickly and courteously. A few minutes after I turned in my papers, I was called back. The admitting nurse went through the validation routine and her warm smile and easy-going manner, quickly put me at ease. I commend the entire staff, including my physician, Dr. Stuart Akerman, the nurse anesthetist, the nurses, and the administrative staff, for making the entire routine as comfortable as possible. It would be disingenuous for me to say that I look forward to my next colonoscopy- however, since I must have one done, this is the physician, and this is the facility, where I want to come back to.

Each of the staff I interacted with was professional yet also managed to convey a sense of their personality at the same time. They showed concern and care for me and we shared laughs as well. I had a great experience at this center and I would highly recommend Dr. Beckman for your GI needs.

I'm a physician and I can appreciate all the things that go on behind the scenes. The people at this facility did a great job. Particularly Joanna, who was extremely attentive and efficient and so pleasant. Dr Akerman was awesome. I have complete confidence in him.Top-notch experience.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Questions & Answers

Do you pay at the time of your procedure?

They are part of my "in network" provider. I had to sign financial responsibility papers, therefore anything not covered by my insurance would be billed to me later.

It is best to call the office of the physician doing the procedure so that the physician's instructions can be sent to you.
