I was one of the first residents in this building when they recently opened. It was amazing, the building and amenities are really good and convenient but it went completely down the hills with the management changing very often. Nobody knows what they are doing and clearly giving wrong information constantly. I am not surprise reading the reviews about the management being Cold and extremely unhelpful because my experience is not different at all. The property manager is extremely disrespectful and not able to help at all. I told the management that I was unemployed and they couldn’t do anything about it. I tried to find someone to take over my lease, spoke with the management and they lied to my face saying that rent for renewal couldn’t go over 9% for my surprise SAME day I spoke with management about it I received a letter saying my lease is increasing over 30% UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. they really are the worst management I’ve ever experienced and I hope they find new people to work here. They have made my life miserable the past few months I don’t have work and I’m stuck with this terrible place to live. I do not recommend anyone to live in this building under this management.

Great staff that is very considerate of resident needs. Recently hosted a free food event that was a stellar success. Additionally, wonderful access to Link train network and bus network. Great location in that it is walking distance/on the train-line to most of downtown Seattle. Great food options nearby. Gym is has all the equipment you need for a great weight lifting/cardio workout.

I would be weary signing with this complex. While my time here started off pretty decent, it quickly went downhill when the management team keeps rotating. There have been break-ins, lack of security (when we're in a high crime neighborhood), forced use of Fetch packages, and just an unresponsive team overall. It has been close to 2 months since I've moved out and I still have yet to receive my check. I'll give them an extra star for the nice gym (which at a point had 4 tvs stolen from it so take that as you will). Landlord needs to budget in consistent security to keep tenants more satisfied rather than temporarily providing it and then wait for the next thing to get stolen/broken into to react.

This community is really pretty and I love the amenities they offer. Parking was a bit difficult to find but it's Seattle so that's common. They do have a garage to park in. The homes are nice and modern and updated and you can tell it's still a newer building. Not sure why so many negative reviews because I found the team very nice and the apartment complex just as nice!
