We love living at the Neptune. The apartments are spacious and updated and a great value for $. We especially love the rooftop in the summer time. Great location close to lake union and many restaurants. Also have responsive staff and good management.

Management and staff here have always been excellent in addressing our needs and working with us to provide a safe and comfortable home. Paul and Hanna in the leasing office are very patient and receptive, and the maintenance staff is always quick to reply and so professional! Thank you Neptune!

I love being a resident at Neptune. Previous I lived on the same street at a different apartment building. But needed a bigger space without burning a hole in my wallet. I was fortunate enough to find a bigger apartment in Neptune and for lesser rent than my previous one. I like how spacious the apartment is and the location. Everything within easy reach. The rooftop provides a great panoramic view of the SLU and provides other necessary amenities (Boardroom, Breakout room, Gym). Most importantly the leasing office is extremely friendly, approachable, and assisting. Hanna is extremely professional and made the entire process from showing the apartment, leasing process, to moving in very smooth. I am not a big fan of wall to wall carpeted apartments, but I overlooked that given the other features and qualities. And one of my biggest motivator to move here was the location of my gym right in the building. Its a hop, skip, and a jump, from the apartment to the gym.

When I received the keys and went to use the bathroom on the first day, the entire toilet seat was covered in smeared feces. The washing machine regularly broke, maybe 4-5 times in our three month stay. The elevators broke down seemingly every week and if anything happened until the weekend it would never be addressed until Monday. And after all was said in done, despite going out of our way to leave the apartment clean, we were charged a ridiculous $200 fee for apartment cleaning. That's not to mention the issue that is the exit charges. We were charged EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS on top of our rent! Please explain to me how utilities can cost under $100 for two months and then $600 the next. The apartment was disgusting and the service was horrendous.
