Taylor 28 maintenance is the best! (Actually the whole team is amazing!) Every time we submit a work order it gets addressed & resolved quickly & professionally. We never have to worry, we know we are in good hands. Thank you Taylor 28!!!

Until something is done about the security in the building I would not recommend living here. Yes, the location is great, the amenities are nice, prices are a bit high but then again you're living in Seattle. But I just can't recommend that anyone live here when car break ins like the pictures I'm linking to this review happen every other month, find someplace with all the same benefits and not the downside. Its just like playing car break in roulette every month, and whoever is targeting the apartments knows they can get away with it again and again and don't care about hitting the same car multiple times, because close to nothing is being done about it, lots of empty words and promises, yet our cars keep getting broken into. Live here at your own risk.

Leasing office people are very cunning. Before leasing the apartment, community manager Sharif made false verbal promise of not charging for any cleaning expenses at move-out with the pretext of having to remodel the apartment anyway. If you are leasing here, then make sure to get everything documented before moving-in itself, and not trust whatever they claim verbally.

I have been living at taylor 28 for almost a year now. I was skeptical about leasing an apartment at Taylor 28 after reading reviews online but trusted judgement of my current friends living in at Taylor 28 and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff is super friendly and helpful, specially Richie. Maintenance requests are addressed super quickly. Super clean and well maintained building.
