No response at all. Got ghosted with a scheduled appointment. I really don't know how to get in touch with them and rent an unit. I've sent them an email and after 1 week they got back to me to schedule a tour to visit a unit. Everything seemed fine. The day of the appointment I sent them an email to confirm the tour, but didn't get any answer. I showed up at the office at the scheduled time, but there was nobody there. Tried to call their number, but nobody picked up. Called another number and still no luck. I also left a voice message. I stood there for 30min. A waste of time, also considering that we drove all the way from California to visit the unit. It has been 5 days and still they haven't got back to me to tell me why they ghosted me on the scheduled appointment. Of course the unit still shows as available, so I guess they don't want to rent it. EDIT: after this review, I've been contacted from the company and they were able to schedule a tour over zoom.

Jose the maintenance man was awesome installing a second lock 🔒 on the front door making me feel much safer.

I felt very welcomed here from the very beginning! Aly has been amazing, very friendly and helped me feel welcome and made the move so smooth and seamless. I am so happy to be here!! (And so happy that my dogs have also been so warmly welcomed here too.... )

I lived here about 3 1/2 years ago, or was it 4? Anyway, I loved this place. They would go above and beyond for there residents. Every time I put in a work order, it was usually completed by the end of the day. And if it was not, they would contact me to tell me what was actually happening and a timeline that was always met. The office would also take all deliveries, and never acted like I was a inconvenience for bothering them.. ( I can't even tell you how bad the place I am at now is about that. insane!) Amanda was the manager when I actually moved in. She was the best manager that I have ever come across at a property. Drove by the other day on my way to the post office and the grounds were looking great! So beautiful.
