I’ve been trying to contact central Hudson about my electrical ,and gas bill. I’ve used email, call and tried using the live chat on the website which is unavailable for some reason. For the amount of money we pay in an over priced market; the least that should be done is some form of customer service communication.

Central Hudson is a shameful operation, probably criminal, looks to be obviously Criminal After a few hours on hold, while you could be working, the people on the phone were helpful and friendly. 👍 good try getting them to give you the actual bill they see on their end

Best service, then the power goes out and they restore it very quickly they try their best and that’s very good stop leaving one star review. 🥶🥶 would recommend very good power company because it’s the only one!
