Lady at front desk was rude about my mask even though it was fully covering my mouth and nose, and lectured me about an employee who let me through the back doors that were closed since urgent care closed. Care mount also failed to publicize that it’s urgent care was closed at the kingston location. Wasted time. Also needs to orientate their staff with a manners/positive attitude class. I have two stars because I was able to at least walk in the building.

The entire experience here today was hands down one of the best medical encounters I have had. I work in medicine, my entire life has been dedicated to this field and even being in the field myself, I have seen good teams and facilities and bad teams and facilities. From the nice guy at the front door (tattoos on his arms, wish I got his name), to the nice woman at the desk in the OBGYN department, to Erin Jacobson (NP) and the nurse Kathleen (cute pink hair), every single person made an effort to be as kind, nice, and as cheerful as possible. They were so respectful and helpful and I am so glad I found them. It is a super crazy world right now but it is the fact that despite everything one might be going through, they still make it a point to not allow those things to impact the interactions they have with others, and that is what being in public service is about. Caremount is lucky to have these employees on their team.
