My experience here has been great. Was referred by a friend who is also happy here. The application process was smooth and easy. The apartments are very nice and new. I’ll note I like the big windows, big bathtub, high ceilings, and the sound proofing is very good. I looked at several places in the area thought this was the best place I looked at. Trisha at the front office has been very welcoming and easy to talk with, request maintenance, or ask any questions. Feel like I made the right choice and happy to have moved here.

Me and my husbands experience have been wonderful so far at Anthem on 12th! Melissa helped us process our application smoothly and answered all our questions in a quick timely manner. We were warmly greeted by Trisha in the front office and she informed us about everything in and around the apartment. She reserved an elevator for us while we moved in and let us borrow a door stopper to make the move easier. She even put a maintenance request in for us (usually have to do that yourself online via web portal) and maintenance came the very next day! Trisha is the best person we’ve had help us with settling into our new spot and is nothing short of hospitable. With her on the team the customer service is definitely on point!

I have to commend our new office team for their hard work in turning this property around. 2020 was a very difficult year for us all and you could really feel a change in our community, but Nancy and Andi have made this a lovely place to call home once again. I really enjoy our amazing rooftop garden and the fun resident activities they come up with.
