Everything about this place is good except the laundry. You will literally lose brain cells trying to do laundry here. This is for any community that uses CSC go for their laundry. Save yourself the headache and spend that $50 to get a place with an in unit laundry. No matter how many times management tells you they have fixed the issue please don’t fall for it. They’ve said that like 10 times this year and the machines are still broken. One load of laundry is tiny and literally costs $4 for a 50% chance of the machine even working correctly.

Experience of living at Skye has been great. Very close to all places in downtown and offices. The maintenance team and office staff is very helpful and very responsive. They resolve any issues very fast. I would recommend this community anyone who wants to stay at heart of Seattle and still want to stay on budget in rent.

It was a great stay at Skye for the past 1 year, the apartments are very well maintained, the management is awesome and really helpful, they would go out of the way to help you especially during moving, maintenance services are usually prompt, there are good views and the location is safe and very accessible. In terms of apartments, there’s no AC and microwave but there’s always fans and cheaper microwaves available in the market. Will recommend to people looking for places in downtown

I've lived here for 2.5 years. Very nice place. The management is helpful; Maintaince is fast; I never lost any package. Though there is no washing machine and dryer at home, I think it's fine, since the leasing price is quite reasonable. There had been a time when there was no security officer at night due to changing the security company, which ended after one or two months so it's fine. The only detect is that since 8 months ago it happened a few times that I could smell marijuana in corridor.
