Living here has been a great experience! This is definitely one of the nicer buildings in the area and comes with so many perks: secure parking garage, 24 hr gym and study lounge, rooftop lounge. The staff is also super nice and Alex, the manager, has helped me many times!! Recently they’ve been bringing free gifts like boba, breakfast, and reusable water bottles for residents every week.

Ivy Reed has always promoted the TWELVE in a positive and exciting way, and has made it very easy to navigate the place when giving tours & providing us information for the units. It's fun to also see the TWELVE in a creative way through social media platforms like TikTok where we are able to learn more about the apartment complex and how it can be perfect for college students on-campus as the content is tailored towards us & our interests. Ivy is always so responsible and on top of it when it comes to her on-call shifts, and even if I'm not personally living at the TWELVE, because of Ivy's positive energy I am able to talk and recommend the TWELVE to my peers & network as well.
