Truly cannot say enough amazing things about this Apartment complex! This has been my home the last 15 months and from Dev being an incredible leasing agent from the start through to the awesome ladies who work here and work so hard to make sure residents are taken care of (Adrienne, Leslie and Markayla in addition to Dev are the best!!) This building is beautiful, and I have had zero issues. The views from the roof are unbeatable and love having a dj on the 7th floor on weekends, a bar restaurant in the lobby and a doggo friendly spot with friendly neighbors. I’ve never been so happy in an apartment:) thanks Arrive!!

Amazing apartment complex. Nice views, great living space (me having a 1bed), nice realtors and staffing, has a coffee shop/meeting space on level 1, level 7 has a gym and a pet lounge, safe and easy access mail room, very useful online resources for residents, quiet neighbors, rent is good/appropriate, vast underground parking space, and overall really amazing place to live. If you’re looking for a place to live, definitely give here a shot. Super high quality complex. ☺️

I would never recommend this apartment to anyone! How can you live at an apartment without a parking lot?! I joined the parking lot waitlist over 7 months! Now I still have over 20 people in front of me! It’s so ridiculous that you can not park you own car at where you live! The nearest available parking garage is Warwick hotel. That place is not 24 hours staffed and without elevator, only has dark shabby stairs going up to 4 floors. People assaulted cases frequently reported in this short distances. I have been here for 8 months, and I feel unsafe and inconvenient all the time. How can this luxury apartment charge us so much money without even providing the basic safety? I do not know if they only preserve parking lot for new comers and leave the current residents alone. Whether this is the case or not, I can only see poor management and resident obsession. So you can imagine how much unhappiness you will have when you move in.

I absolutely LOVED living here! The community is really great and the staff are wonderful. They were extremely accommodating and communicative around everything from move-in/move out, lease renewal, any changes to any policies especially with COVID-19 etc. The staff host fun events for residents as well and even with COVID- they host virtual events to help keep spirits up. They hosted a happy hour and even left a bottle of wine at residents doors! It made my week that week! The building itself is amazing- I loved having a restaurant and bar right downstairs as well as access to the Sound Bar on the 7th floor. I also LOVE LOVE the views from my unit and the roof. The building was kept very clean! The dog run was cleaned most every day which was nice! I also found the dog wash station to be super awesome and the blow drier worked like a charm! Their gym was gorgeous and had a good variety of equipment. The staff were always open to feedback on suggestions for the dog lounge and the gym! I was very sad to move out after buying a place. I highly recommend Arrivé!
