Amazing community with elevated amenities. Leasing staff is very nice in general, quick to respond to any repairs/tickets.

---------------------- I wish I could rate them zero star. I lived here around 10 months. The previous management was good, but the current management team is doing their job so poorly. They don't care about your request and simply do nothing regarding the problems with parking spot. After 6 pm, literally anyone can park on your parking spot and no one from the management will help you. My car is big so I can't park in a tight space. Even if I can, I won't be able to open the car door to get out of my car. A neighbor not properly parked his Tesla in a spot next to me that's meant to charge electric cars. They left their car three days there while the car is not getting charged. I asked the receptionist three times with info & pics about my parking spot. I sent them emails. I called them but they didn't reply. I don't really know what I have to do. ----- update: I added some more pics to show the issue with the parking better. None of the cars are mine..

5 stars for our entire moving experience with Justina Le. We were kind of a pain and wanted to view several units before making a decision. Justina was SO helpful, patience and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision- thank you for your imppecable service, Justina! 5 stars for the up-keep of the facility/ common areas. I have to say, they do a great job of maintaining the building, which was a non- negotiable for me when choosing a place to live. I constantly see cleaning staff moping, sweeping, and wiping things down. 1 star for the “fixes/ maintenance” of the units, or shall I say, “jerry-rigs” we have received. For example, our toilet seat was chipped prior to moving in. They replaced it with a PLASTIC like toilet seat… if I knew that was going to be the replacement I would have kept the chipped seat. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was dirty and water damaged. They “fixed” the damage by placing a thin sheet over the mess. We’re 2 1/2 weeks in and the sheet is already tearing up and looks terrible! Again, I would have rather kept it as- is then what it is now. Very frustrating when the maintenance is done cheaply and doesn’t match up with the aesthetic of the building or the price you’re paying. In short, I do like the building, staff and my unit view :) and would recommend living here!

Having leased at 3 different places in downtown over the last 3 years. Mostly because I struggled to find satisfaction in the amenities, construction around the building, and convenience. First of all aside from Insignia this building has the best amenities in downtown (although the ARC next door has a sweet gym). With a freaking sweet movie room, multiple common areas for cooking and chillaxin’, plus a rooftop pool this place can’t be beat. This apartment has a great and friendly staff, and assists residents in any way possible.

We haven't had any problems hearing neighbors in our unit. Seems like the concrete walls prevent almost any noise from getting into our apartment. If I stand in the hallway, I can hear things the neighbors are doing (watching tv, cooking, etc). There's "tiers" of quality as the floors go up so it might be interesting to know if people experiencing noise in their apartments are in the ~18 or lower floors? Hope this helps.
