I'd like to give the repair guy a big thumbs up for fixing the dish washer in our apartment. We placed in a sevice order the night before and the second morning the repair guy showed up and changed a broken board that fixed the problem. In addition to his professional skill, he is also very friendly. He walked in with mask on and plastic shoe cover. After he fixed the dishwasher, he cleaned the floor and the front panel thoroughly. We are very pleased with his work and manner.

The staff from the leasing office are nice. I always got quick response from Nathan. However, not recommended for anyone who are not tolerant to noise. The ACs in the unit makes unreasonable noise. Even it is turned off!! The noise went away when I turned the AC off. But someone from Cascade then entered my unit WITHOUT notice and turned it on. Disappointed on this (the only noise is coming from inside my room, and I'm not allowed to turn off the AC to get rid of it ..). Unfortunately they seem not able to do anything on the noise. They are even asking for 2 month rent for a unit transfer.

I had a great/comfortable living during my 12-month long stay at Cascade Apartments. The very few apartments that have a builtin ACs. Great amenities, super friendly staff and an excellent service team - any help is addressed at their earliest convenience. My second Equity rental (Heights at Capitol Hill and Cascade) in the last 4 years - truly the best rental property developers in town!

I absolutely loved living here! The environment was green and I live in the west building where there was barely any noise if you keep the window shut. The leasing office also had the nicest people. They always responded promptly to my requests and were always ready to help. I once accidentally left my hamster Cece alone for a 2 week trip and Tom helped me refill her food and water bowl and kept her alive and happy, and sent me her pictures weekly. Be nice to the building management! They’re hamster savers!!
