2 years after moving out, I received a collections letter that I owe $800. Nothing was communicated to me at all instead of this letter and they NEVER email back or return calls. This place CLEARY aims to scam people. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!

The pinnacle management is probably the worst one i have dealt with. I stayed at the apartments for 1.5 years and we paid all the required amount before moving out. The communication at the time was very poor regarding the move out charges for cleaning and other impending charges. The amount we had paid was also for some reason marked as unpaid and we received a call from debt collectors for the same. We never received any mails from the management regarding the same. Everything was such a hassle, would be staying away from any apartments managed by pinnacle since the management is very poor in terms of maintaining records on their end leading to lots of stress eventually after one moves out. The move out charges were also higher than the usual apartment charges from other managed apartments. I highly suggest staying away from Arthouse or any other pinnacle managed apartments.
