What an incredible staff. I looked at renting at 4730 on several occasions and although I didn't find a place that worked with my timing, the staff went out of their way to listen to what I was searching for and even helped me run through pro's and con's of various other buildings. They are genuine, kind people and that says a ton about the building. If they had openings I'm sure I would have chosen to live there. Having dealt with their staff directly, I know what kind of caliber people work there which sometimes makes all the difference. Go see Xavier and the rest of the team and you won't be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I just moved up from Dallas. We had something on the order of a dozen apartment viewings scheduled with the intention to sign a lease in under a week. There are some nice places around the junction, but when we were walking the area, we noticed a building we hadn't scheduled. Decided to check it out, you know, because why not. We were so thrilled we did. Olga was by far the most pleasant leasing agent we met with, and once we decided that we were moving forward with California 4730, she took out her whole Saturday to ensure we could move in before I started work on Monday. Lovely place, helpful staff, fantastic location. We're really looking forward to our experience as part of the California 4730 community.

I love this sunny, quiet, quality, comfortable and warm home - 4730 California. The location is perfect and interior exterior design is modern and the view is wonderful. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly, understanding and helpful. Olga is an awesome staff and treats us just like good friends and help you as much as she can. She is one of the reasons that I want to sign the lease. Blann is the best maintenance man and usually fixed the problems within one day. Jamil is a great person and always there to help you deal with all kinds of issues. I didn’t know anyone when I first moved to Seattle. Now, I really appreciated their amazing work and make me feel good around here. The residents in the building are also very friendly and respectful. I enjoy living in 4730 California.

We have an amazing rooftop deck with an amazing view of the sound and includes 2 commercial grade BBQ grills for the residents use. We have a 24-hour fitness room with a Peloton bike. We have spaces for lounging in the entry way and an espresso bar for use by guests and residents 24/7.
We offer varying lease terms, generally from 6 to 13 months, but different lease term options may be available.
