I love the community, its people, and everything it has to offer. This residential experience is amazing. It has everything you need from a gym, to a movie theater, to a club room with a terrace. My husband and I moved here from Alaska and we couldn’t have asked for a better temporary home.

As of April 30th 2022, we’re new residents to Bell Jackson Apartments. The process from start to finish has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Blythe assisted us for a majority of our search and taking in all the questions that my partner and I had. She’s super personable and attentive, we love and appreciate her honesty as we were touring multiple units/floor plans. We did multiple visits with her and she has always been so kind when going over things again as we had also been touring other complexes. After finding the unit that we fell in love with, we were sad that Blythe wasn’t going to be there for our move in day, but we were very well taken care of by John! We were able to pick up our key fobs and handle some concerns that we had at the time. Whenever we had or found a problem, it was always addressed promptly. The big oops that we did on our move in day was that we left our rented dolly over at our previous home. With 30 minutes before the office closed, John was there and happily lent us a dolly on agreeable terms. It was way more efficient than the original dolly we lent so we are forever grateful to John for that! While we are still in the process of getting unpacked and cozy in our new home, we have never had such a supportive resident team until Blythe and John. Thank you so much! :)

Just from the initial experience with the management in person I would never want to live here. I had an apt scheduled to view a unit. My wife and I come in and 1st, if you like 'mask na.zis' this is the place for you (we don't, and every other property we've seen so far did not give us any problems regarding not wearing one - the whole idea to be vaccinated means you should be safe and others from you, AND mandates are NOT laws). 2nd, my wife had her ID, but I forgot mine at home however the last name of the apt was on my wife's ID and they didn't let us go tour the bldg together. They offered my wife to go tour the bldg without me and Facetime me. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! When I asked why are they so strict about the ID policy not letting me in without mine on me (we toured quite a few properties lately and 1 ID was always sufficient per apt for both of us), they said it was for their protection. Hm, really? My wife's ID was there. It's not like we could get away with something unidentified, and what protection exactly were they talking about? We drove there for nothing and wasted our time, but were offered coffee/water, so to make up for our visit. No, thank you. Regarding mask policy, it seems like one of those buildings that goes along with any suppressive gov mandates (NOT laws), so living here in these times resembles a prison. That's the whole point of it, not that I had to wear one for a few minutes to tour the bldg. They get 1 star for the property looking very nice. The area itself is not safe though. Sketchy people lurking around even during the daytime.

The location, staff and facilities are all pretty good. However, the hard floor is kind of thin. When your upstairs neighbor is a stomper and stays up till 2 am, it can totally ruin the experience. If you are interested to live here, choose the top floor or make sure your neighbor upstairs is quiet.
