It was really nice touring Pratt Park my friends live here and they recommended this place, the studio unit is pretty big and it’s very quiet on the hallways! The 3 rooftops are probably my favorite Kayla from the leasing office was so helpful with all the options I can get.

Maintenance requests always completed very efficiently and they do a great job! I like living in this nice neighborhood in such a clean and quiet community. Great amenities too. Office staff and maintenance/janitorial staff very friendly, neighbors in the building friendly as well. Nice view from the roof and I like the gym and their equipment. I live in a courtyard facing room which is very peaceful.

I moved in about 6months ago and living here has been great! Stephanie was who I worked with moving in, and everyone in the office is pleasant and friendly to work with. They are swift to respond to inquiries and issues as things arise, usually same day or next day for everything from helping me replace the shower head to getting the elevators fixed as needed. (It's a historic building from the 1900s, it's going to need these things fixed from time to time. It just happens and it's not a huge deal.) The neighbors are all very friendly and they screen potential tenants for fit very well here. Looking forward to renewing my lease in the future!
