I've been here a little over a month now-overall I'm pretty happy. The location and the view are amazing-we walk everywhere. Building is dog friendly and it's really convenient to have the Olympic Sculpture Park across the street. Maintenance and leasing office has been responsive and the place is fairly quiet.

Just moved in. So far so good. Pros: Good location, close to the needle, pike market, restaurants, etc No homeless in the area Cons: Elevators need maintenance/modernization asap, they make the buidling feel like an 80s police station. Overall the place needs refurbishing/maintenace to justify its cost.

I kept the studio I was renting absolutely spotless. 100% clean, not a single scratch was left in the entire unit, and when my lease was up the lady at the front desk did not give me my deposit back. She said my deposit was used for to pay for the cleaning crew. Before I moved in I was told my Deposit is 100% refundable and would only be kept if I had damaged the room in someway, and left it in a worse condition than it was when I moved in. I have no children, no pet's, and kept the place very clean. This is some seriously bad Karma.

It was a big mistake to lease this place at an exorbitant rent. I was new to Seattle and was too quick to move-in given proximity to my work. There are much better spots in a 2-3 block radius which have rents lower by at-least 15%. I had 3 noise complaints over my lease period of 10 months & 2 property eviction notices for the same. Apartment walls are so thin that the moment you switch on TV or play the slightest of music, you can expect intolerant neighbors to call security. Ventilation is a problem as some units don't have a patio. The elevators are painfully slow and often not working. I had a late fine slap of 10% in a particular month which was due to their auto-payments system being non-functional (which they thankfully reversed later). My lease renewal was a surprise as the renewal amount was a 20% jump from the current lease. The current management didn't intend on even trying to work out a deal to retain residents, no negotiations were offered. After I decided to move out, I was slapped a move-out fee of almost 50% of monthly rent. All in all STAY AWAY from this place.
