Management does not uphold their own rules: people smoke on the grounds (outdoors, roofs, in apartments) with no recourse (hallways currently wreaks of weed), dog owners use roof as dog park & allow dogs to urinate up there, so smells of urine. Entire grounds smell of urine - it fills your nose as you walk through grounds, quiet hours are not observed or enforced, neighborhood itself very loud. EV chargers (a major selling point) have been broken for over 2 months. It’s a huge disappointment, as the apartment itself is lovely. Would not recommend.

I pay $160 per for garage parking and my vehicle broken into twice and all the on-site storage units was broken into. Poor Security detail for an upscale property.

This place is not worth the price that it charges. Sure it has 2 gyms, 2 party rooms and a 2 lane bowling alley. These are all extras that are added on so they could charge more. How often are you going to use the party rooms or the bowling alley really. They charge extra for a parcel tendering system that as of late is always down. They use to accept big packages in the office but not anymore. Now Amazon, FedEx and UPS just dump it in a common area where anyone can take what they want. Most apartments in the area take packages for the tenants free of charge. I am so glad that I got out of this place.

Not the biggest fan of these apartments..an eyesore to the community
