After my upstairs neighbors moved in, I could not enjoy being at home because of the unpredictable daily noise. I can clearly hear all kinds of noises upstairs every day, including their talking, laughing, and especially the sound of their bare feet walking on the floor every day. Especially recently, they have been making noises that sound like construction at home. I woke up to these noises every morning, and the noise sometimes extends to 1 am with bad luck. It is impossible to work and study in peace in such an environment. I have to wear earplugs every day, and I have to go out to find somewhere I can work. It is causing me quite a great deal of stress and anxiety. A 'home' should not be like this. Not recommended if you plan to work from home or need a quiet place to live.

Nice apartments, lots of amenities, friendly staff. I love living here! Management is very friendly, and highly responsive! Security could be a little more present and visible after hours.

I recently moved in and the move in experience was really smooth. Both the rental agents explained every step to me clearly and showed me all the amenities. The building's Internet wiring also made it super easy to get connected on the first day.

I moved in at the end of April and have loved everything the building and staff have to offer so far. All the amenities are brand new (as is the building), and they have rent very reasonably priced for such a great location and building. It is also very pet friendly. I would highly recommend the building to anyone looking for spot in the Seattle Area!
