The apartment is not that bad considering its location and the wholefoods market that’s just around the corner. But given the rent rate and staff, I would give zero star if I could 1. Over charge everything. When you move out, don’t bother to clean up the apartment like what I did, because they will still try best to get every penny out from you. 2. Fetch service is super horrible. Your amazon prime same day delivery is not meaningful here because Fetch would delay everything (almost). And Fetch costs you $25 one month (not sure if they raise the rate recently) 3. I like Nina and she is super nice! But some other staff are rude. Especially Jason is very condescending. I don't even dare to use my real google account to write this review, because I am afraid of getting revenged. Google didn't do a good job in security IMO

There's nothing here that isn't of the highest quality. The flooring, appliances, drawers, doors, and more are all exactly what anyone would want, and on top of that there are so many amenities that are just awesome. I really like enjoying my free latte on the roof with one of the best views of Seattle I've ever seen. There's even a gym if you're into that sort of thing. No ice skating rink or swimming pool, but I guess the line has to be drawn somewhere.

I love my apartment, love that I have a balcony, love that you can’t hear any outside noise in the apartment and I don’t hear my neighbours upstairs which it’s awesome being that some people just don’t know how to walk quietly. The staff is also really friendly and I also love that I get delicious coffee every morning for free. But I hate the fact that they are building a homeless building right next to it and there are about 8 tents right outside the building. Not safe for anyone being the majority of the time they are either mentally ill or on heavy drugs.

Honest review after living at The Danforth from Dec 2020 to Jan 2022. Pros: - The location is undeniably amazing. Right next to everything in Cap Hill and right on top of a Whole Foods. - Views of Cap Hill, the Cascade mountain range, Mount Ranier, and even the Space Needle from the roof and some apartments. - Concrete walls make the apartments super soundproof. I only got one complaint the whole time for when I was testing to see how loud my 12in subwoofer could go. Cons: - Constant construction without any care for the residents. Lots of early noise and lights on at all hours that pointed directly into apartments. It's still not finished and there's more construction starting next year. - Expensive. I moved in with a COVID rate of $1715/mo with 2 months free, and the renewal rate was $2678/mo for an urban 1-bed. - Utilities add another $125/mo, not including electricity or internet. - Package delivery through Fetch. At its best, all your packages get delivered right to your door, but at its worst, everything is a day late and you need to swap all your delivery addresses and tell your family two different addresses, one for mail and one for packages. It's annoying. Overall, if you can get a good price and a southern- or eastern-facing apartment, I think The Danforth is worth it. I also included a pretty pic from my apartment from before the construction blocked my view.
