Great place, amenities, vibe and most importantly great management! I had an awesome time living at Jack Apartments. Despite the challenges with the pandemic, the management team did a really good job with adapting to everything. Great location too, very close to all essential stuff and social spots. Had to end my lease, because I had to move cities for work. Highly recommend living here (just a heads-up, this area of Capitol Hill is quite busy though).

My partner and I lived at Jack Apartments for about a year and a half, and the only reason we moved away was because we bought a house. As others have said, the management staff is fantastic -- very responsive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure residents enjoy living here. The amenities are awesome (locker system for packages, amazing roof deck, lounge area that can be reserved for parties), and the staff take it up a notch by being very accessible and organizing regular community events. I'd highly recommend Jack Apartments for anyone looking to rent in Capitol Hill!
