It feels like the employees in the Bolingbrook, IL store don’t want to be bothered to help customers. I spent 30 minutes waiting in the firearms area, waiting in line to talk to someone behind the counter. There were several employees walking around, and not a single one made eye contact or asked if I needed help. I even witnessed one person ask for help and the employee just rolled his eyes. When it was my turn at the counter, the guy acted like he didn’t really want to help me. I certainly didn’t feel welcome there. I cut my interaction short, grabbed my family and left.

Pretty cool overall. They should get rid of the guys trying to sell timeshares in the middle of the store tho. How awkward. I just wanna shop and enjoy my time without the sales pitch and begging me to listen to their speel. Otherwise, my only real complaint is not having enough cashiers and being super slow to check out. If I didn't just desperately need a belt that day, I would have put down my merch and left.
They messed up the old ticket system and force you to use their iPad to register your time with Santa.. the down side now is you have to wait in a ridiculous line just to register, and if got don't show up hours ahead of time the entire week gets booked up...
I used to have a bass pro shop reward card,I was there yesterday and they could not find my account. Is it possible for you to reinstate my rewards and add what I purchased yesterday?

Yes, they can spool your baitcaster, but honestly save the gas and look up a video on youtube for it. It is really easy to do. You don't even need a spooling station. I spooled my baitcaster at home
Actually, there archery guys there are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I'm and re-curve hunter and I brought my daughter in there to get her one. So I can get her started and he took her and myself into their archery range that they have there, and gave her a lot of pointers as well as I learned a lot. I would definitely start there, and go from there. It's very very very very hard to know that they have an archery range in the building, but they do it's on the second floor near the archery counter.
Yes they spool fishing reels. Generally if you buy the fishing line there they will do it for free if not then they charge a fee. Either way they do it just depends on if there is a fee. Its behind the fishing counter. Just find an assosiate and ask!!
Yes sir, this one bass pro shops has the authentic, real deal sasquatch, also known as yeti. If you want to see him, you must jump into the massive fish tank by the stairs and elevator. From there you must grab the Dogfish and lure the yeti out of its cave using that. Hope this helps!
