Staff is lacking in customer service skills in my opinion. I felt like cashier had just waken from nap. Zero enthusiasm. Didn't feel like a valued customer.

Amazing selection of healthy food and supplements. Staff are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Store is clean and well stocked. You can find a lot of items that are typically at Whole Foods. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy some healthy groceries.

I got there 5 minutes before closing and the cashier saw me at the door and didn't acknowledge me. The door was already closed, so I could not get in. I shop there all the time right here in Wesley Chapel. Human relations and customer relations have grown cold. .

I use to love to get vegetables here but lately there selection has been awful! You should have seen the mango I got there, it was all brown inside! Fruits and vegetables shouldn't look perfect and ripe on the outside and rotten on the inside, something sketchy about that! To me it appears they don't have enough business to cycle their products, Then if you try to bring it back to exchange it without a receipt the best they can do it, "I can throw it away for you". I'm sorry but I usually don't keep my grocery receipt because I didn't plan on having to return my perfectly looking produce. I even emailed corporate and they failed to get back to me. I refuse to go back and waste my money and deal with awful customer service. I'll drive the extra miles to go to Trader Joe's where I get fantastic produce, awesome customer service and they always accept returns!
