I ordered a hat from this site on Saturday. I called Monday to check on the order since I didn’t get an order confirmation. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and found my order almost instantly. I asked about shipping and he told me 7 to 10 business days. Well, I got the hat today and man was that fast! Pro Jersey Sports stands by its products and services. I ordered a hat for my son, everyone else was sold out, but Pro Jersey Sports has it. Shipped via USPS, the post office had an issue making the delivery and sent it back to Pro Jersey Sports. I called Pro Jersey sports to find out what I could do to have it shipped again and spoke with Mike. Mike was swift in his response and offered to re-ship the hat at no cost. I asked if they could ship via UPS because the post office wasn't up to the task. There was a slight difference in shipping cost, but we got that taken care of quickly, and the hat will be on its way again. Thank you to Mike for your help and Pro Jersey Sports' fantastic service. I will be buying from you again.

They have a sign about wearing a mask at the door. I went at a time they weren't busy at all (hour before closing) so I don't know if they limit people in the store. Everyone was wearing a mask covering their nose and I think there was hands sanitizer there too.
