I toured with Sameya last week and really enjoyed her company. The property was very beautiful but the homes were a bit over priced for the neighborhood. Overall they are having an ongoing special that helps lower the cost of moving. I would definitely recommend this property. It's always a bonus to have someone like her set such an amazing impression. Thanks

Great location, price, and management! Samiyah was great from touring to signing the studio I now live in. She answered all my questions and took the time to listen to my needs from Day 1. Echoing some reviews so far on here, parking can be a little tough. But Chase and Justin were very accommodating and helped me find a good place to park. Overall, highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I've been here for a year. Not everything was perfect at first, but I can see that the staff is doing their best to improve. I do really like the monthly activities here such as providing free local food, super ball day event, building own basket on Earth day, etc. :)

• Amenities are awesome • Location is convenient • Close to public transportation • Lots of homeless and police activity • Secure building is a plus • Parking spaces are horrible. You might have 1 or 2 inches on each side of your car • Staff is good and may not be as responsive • No noise from neighbors or outside Overall good experience so far given it's a new bldg with new staff
