The leasing agent Brooke was very friendly and helpful when I came in to tour an apartment and fill out the rental application. However, I had not gotten any call or email back regarding my application status for over month. I had called and emailed multiple times without an answer back. I completely understand the shortage of staffing nation and worldwide right now - I work in health care so I can definitely vouch for that. My issue is that when I finally got a response back, they failed to inform me about some crucial details I had been waiting for over a month. I get that you are very understaffed but being unprofessional by wasting someone's time due to not getting texts back after being informed you can text any time is unacceptable!

I stopped in here for a tour and information. I asked about the studios and was told they only had a couple left and they weren't ready to be rented. I mentioned the website showing numerous available, and was told they hadn't updated the website.. I asked about the advertised 6 month free parking if I applied today. I was told it was only 3 months and again the website needed to be updated. The place was trashy. Cops were there. Homeless looking people around the grounds. It felt unsafe. They don't honor their advertisement. Bait and switch tactics. I wouldn't try to rent there if I could afford something better. It's not right to treat poor people this way.

I went with my friend who was searching for a new apartment to lease. We were impressed how helpful and friendly the service was from Marlon. Trust me, my friend asked a lot of questions and Marlon answered all patiently and willingly. Kudos to Marlon for providing such an amazing customer service!

Any place where you are going to have 6 floors of people from all different backgrounds is bound to have some issues, but overall, the people that live here are nice and I am enjoying my stay here. The office staff are always responsive to calls and emails. I am realistic and don't expect an answer right away, but usually within 24 hours I have a response from the office, mostly Brooke! She's been very kind and listened to any problem that I have had here, and set the resolution in motion in a very timely manner. I appreciate all of the staff and their willingness to help when we need it.

What is the rent for 1 bedroom
If they are racist because we went to apply and they did not want to help us with the application and they asked us for a deposit of $ 200 and today they do not want to return it and they never gave us the apartment and a black woman threw the door in our face, we feel discriminated and scammed
