The new management here at the Luxe at Meridian is Awesome! Taylor, our new manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. In the short time she has been here she has taken the bull by the horn and made us who live here feel like we are important and part of a community. She listens to everything you have to say and does her best to fix what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. To give an example of the type of caring manager she is tonight she put on a Thanksgiving dinner for all the tenants with all the trimmings. Cooked it all herself and boy was it good!! Iamet, our maintenance guy, is wonderful and really knows how to fix everything! He is always pleasant/friendly and right there when you need something taken care of in your apartment and/or the apartment building and grounds. He really works hard around here so we have a wonderful place to live. With Taylor & Ismet on board this is a wonderful community to live in. Thank you both for making it that way.

Honestly not a bad place. Everyone who goes online to write complaints are people who have botched their lease and don't know how to read. If you want a no-nonsense apartment complex I recommend them. If you follow the rules and have your s*** together then everything will be great. The grounds-guy is amazing and super helpful. The new management is working pretty hard to fix a few of the design problems of the building but I've been there two years and thought I would counteract all the whining that's going on. It's probably not the best place you can find in the city but it's definitely not worth the complaining I see on the internet.

Magnuson dog park is the largest and best in Seattle, just a short 10 minute drive.
We are a quick 15 minute drive from downtown via I-5, or we have 4 stops within walking distance that will take you downtown or to various transit centers in the area!
We have 2 QFC's within a mile of here. Northgate mall has a movie theater, which is a quick walk up the road.
The lightrail is scheduled to be completed in 2022. We are walking distance from the pedestrian bridge over I-5, which will take you to the Northgate station still under construction.
