I have been a resident for 8 years, since they opened. Community is great and managed well. Amentities are amazing. Melinda is the BEST manager we have had since I have lived here. Isabelle is friendly, helpful and plans awesome events.The location is great.

Good morning! As per HUD, the 2018 income limit for a single person is $32340.00. At Evernia you are required to make 2 times the rent as the minimum income, which is $1548.00 for a 1 bedroom. Thank you

If you go to the Evernia Place website you will see floor plans and prices. Yes it is dog friendly.

Once you are notified and accept an apartment, are you issued a term of stay, for example, 1 year or are you able to live there for as long as you would like?

You have to sign a waiting list!

Is this an income based apt. I am on social security and will be working weekends only I also have one small service dog with paper work and another older small dog.

Yes, this community is a tax credit community with an elderly component. Residents must be 62 years of age or older and qualify income wise. Please give us a call during business hours so we can share more information.
