Legit worst and dirtiest place I've ever lived. Moved here from California told me this was a "luxury" apartment complex. The only thing luxury about this place is how much they charge.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

It's better if you go online directly in their site. Prices vary.
I don't think there is any, as long as you have a stable job and ID you should be fine.
If you go through the front entrance they will let you right in. Most of the time at least
