Every single thing about this place is awesome. Beautiful property, beautiful units, safe and clean AND the staff are the best. I cannot recommend this community enough. The move in process is smooth and living here is as well. Office staff are wonderful (especially Sebastian) and maintenance team is always prompt.

I cannot stress why this is the worst place to move, I haven’t ever had so many issues with a property manager in my life. She literally nit picks every little thing you do. She hates my dog and my daughter always says look how mean that lady looks. She has wrote me up on numerous occasions for very minor issues and is always talking badly about people very bad vibes when I lived there would never move back

I just moved in this apartment complex, and I have to say it's been the best experience for me. To start Sebastian has walked me through every step from start to finish .This is the 1st moving experience I had a I love it. Great job hiring good people. I know everyone has there own opinions but this is one of a good review. Thanks again

During my time here I've had numerous issues. I moved in when it was called Viera and stayed when the new management company took over. I can honestly say the last manager did actually care about the tenants, the current managing company seems to only care about making money. I had termites in the apartment for weeks until it was treated. I was constantly cleaning and washing my sheets due to them ending up in my bed. I had multiple leaks in the apartment in which I had to put bowls to collect the water to prevent water damage. Upon moving in I took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed in which it took two months, multiple emails and phone calls. I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE, it's NOT worth the headache or stress. If you do decide to move here, I would recommend a noise cancelling machine due to hearing your neighbors conversations, TV and music.
