Not sure why so many bad reviews, I have been paying for a few years and the 2 times I have requested help the first time they were on time and fixed the problem and the 2nd time they were on time but could not fix the problem (over 25 years old AC unit) A few days later they sent me a check for $3000.00 to replace the unit (not enought but ok money for a 25 years old unit) and they refunded the service fee, I think was like $75, keep the good work guys.

I have had these people install 2 different Air conditioners within the 6 years and once again broken. I tried to make an appointment then they cancel it the day of without telling me. My poor dog had surgery and it is 90 degrees and way too hot. It is ridiculous the amount of money I have spent with this company, more than $7,000. The operations manager Umberto, NEVER returns a call is EXTREMELY RUDE. I have tried to call them 6 separate times throughout the day to BEG them to come and they said no. Now thanks to them I am going to do business with a BETTER and MORE PROFESSIONAL business to help me. If I could rate -100 stars I WOULD.

Had whole house power surge protection installed 4 months ago. it is not working .I have called 7 consecutive days starting at 8am & thru the day ending at 5pmm. Always get the same recording that they are experiencing heavy call volume & to try again later. Terrible service,waste of time & money.

I purchased a new toilet from another company when renovating my bathroom. Something went wrong with the tank and two separate plumbers came out and couldn’t fix it. I called FPL Home Services to give me an estimate on a replacement toilet and the technician, Daniel Smith, was amazing! He fixed the tank and saved me $1,200.00. My entire experience was great from booking the call to the end of the service. Thank you FPL Home Services!

2 weeks for me. Crazy
They are the worst. 3 year old unit failed inspection, forgot to close permit, installed without filters and proper tubing, now coil needs to be replaced, want $249 for processing fee with full warranty and full maintenance plan. And waiting now 2 weeks in a hot house with 2 kids.
Same issue here. Did they also try to scam you out of a $249 "processing fee" ?
This company is the worst. Dont get anything from them
Use someone else. They are going to scam you out of $249!! processing fee for a fully warranted system even when you have their top of the line maintenance contract. Go anywhere else.
