I have no connection for almost 2 hours . I checked the website it didn’t say anything about outage in my Area .When I contact a customer service no one is answering. You have to leave a voicemail to call you back. I use to have spectrum I never have a problem. Broad star must work on customer service. Quick response and internet quality.

Not serious company , service drops several times a day, unable to keep a zoom conference . They lie with the speed that should be received. Streaming get frozen frequently . Sometimes use a VPN out of USA that is not compatible with Disney plus . Costumer service does not answer and call you back in a decent waiting window time. Really disappointed with this company. I had to get a back up internet company to be able to work at home.
