Purchased a professional Lawnmower from them but service department its not reliable. Sent my lawnmower Monday for basic repairs, explained we need it by Thursday.They said yes, it most definitely will ready. Called Wednesday afternoon no update, called Thursday it’s not ready , called late Thursday no update . Called Friday since they promised to call back as soon it was repair, no update and no calls. Today Monday showed up and they claimed it has been ready since Thursday and that some one called me,I have no calls! Management in denial that no one updated me or called me very The unprofessional and rude. This is the second time and will not be a 3rd one.
